cookies that had chocolate of some kind, Eagle Brand milk, orange zest and I think corn flakes
From The Collectors Newsletter #493 -- January 2007 (01-25-2007)

Joan requested a recipe for "cookies that had chocolate of some kind,
Eagle Brand milk, orange zest and I think corn flakes".
We had one response. If you have a
variation of these recipes that you would like to share with our readers,
send them to us at recipes@tias.com
Be sure to also check out this weeks recipe request, below.

This recipe is from the Borden/Eagle Brand Recipe Flyer, dating from the
mid 40's. This was the only recipe featuring corn flakes - I hope this is
what you're looking for! I don't see why you couldn't substitute 3 squares
of baking chocolate (melted) for the peanut butter, and add about a half
teaspoon of orange zest to get the flavor you're looking for.
