It was made by the Foley Manufacturing Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is 4 inches wide and 3.25 inches tall. there is some minor scratching to the surface. the sifter intact and it does work. You can clearly see the cup measurement bars. It is very clean even under the band. Scratching is minimal. No chips or cracks are noted. There is a tiny black dot on the top of the lid knob. It has the insert and pump and has a lovely blue tint. It is marked Foley. I know it's old because of all the grease I had to clean off of it. The metal prongs of the fork have no rust but they have been well loved and used. The handle has been repainted somewhere along the way with a good job being done. People swear this is the only utensil that makes great gravy. I can't speak to that since I can't make gravy no matter what I use, but I do know that I sell these as fast as I find them. They are really hard to find. I find no mark. the top is more shiny than the bottom. It is 4.5 inches wide and 5 inches tall. The shakers are about 2 inches wide and 3.5 inches tall. There is some surface scratching and you might find some minor tiny dings. You would expect this from a set that has been well loved and used.
